1. Payment and Order Processing
Please make your payment directly into our bank account. Use your Order ID as the payment reference.
Your order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account.
2. Damaged or Broken Items
We take all necessary precautions to protect your order from damage during transit. However, if you receive any items that are broken or damaged, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.
We will reprint or replace the damaged items at no additional cost to you.
Please note that you will be responsible for the courier fee for the replacement shipment.
3. Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 2 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the return shipping fees.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Personalized or custom-made items cannot be refunded unless they are damaged or defective.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
