1. Payment and Order Processing

  • Please make your payment directly into our bank account. Use your Order ID as the payment reference.
  • Your order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account.

2. Damaged or Broken Items

  • We take all necessary precautions to protect your order from damage during transit. However, if you receive any items that are broken or damaged, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.
  • We will reprint or replace the damaged items at no additional cost to you.
  • Please note that you will be responsible for the courier fee for the replacement shipment.

3. Returns and Refunds

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 2 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the return shipping fees.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Personalized or custom-made items cannot be refunded unless they are damaged or defective.
  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
